Started in 1998 for Latvian daily Chas. In 2003 worked as photo editor and photographer moved to weekly sports magazine Sporta Avize. In 2007 worked with F64 News Photo Agency. Since 2004 has provided photos from Latvia for the Associated Press (AP Photo) agency. Cooperates with FIBA International, FIBA Europe, Uleb EuroLeague, Cohn&Wolfe, World Soccer Magazine, and others.
